Truth Hurts

“A lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good, just because it's accepted by a majority.”

Booker T. Washington

We learned as children that if there are ten kids voting and six chose option A.

Then option A would be picked regardless of what option B involved.

The consensus is majority rules in real time — we believe ideas because our peers and surroundings tell us.

And since self research is too long and boring of a task, we take our efforts to Facebook and Twitter instead.

It doesn’t matter if the majority accepts a lie or the minority disregards a truth.

We say the truth hurts for a reason — some are just more tolerant to pain.
