Many are fortunate enough to workout in their favorite gyms at this time.

Getting back in the swing of things is hard — and in this context, leads to soreness and discomfort.

Soreness of the body is easier to notice than soreness of the mind.

Soreness of the mind goes unnoticed, to the point where we go numb and never exercise the mind after formal education.
