This Too Shall Pass

“This too shall pass” — a phrase we’ve heard from the likes of MLK all the way to your mom on Facebook.

And it’s clear we’ve questioned [if these] effects of past events shall pass.

I’m no a shaman, but we’ve all been tested negative life throws at us is a test.

A test of mental fortitude with many not passing.

But there comes a point where each tweet, each comment, each minute you spend typing away erodes your well being.

The more you see the bell ring, the red dot pop up, the more you feed into this locust storm of chaos.

Social media is new, sharing ideas, debating, disagreeing is not.

Self expression is what it is — self “expression.”

Just not at the detriment of your well being.
