Rereading > Reading
“To reread a book is to read a different book. The reader is different. The meaning is different.”
Johnny Rich
There are times you read a book and it makes a difference right away.
And other times it doesn’t click the first go around.
Then you read it years later and it makes a difference.
It’s like watching your favorite movie years later — picking up on things missed before.
This year I’m taking the challenge of rereading ten books, here’s a couple:
A book about maximizing productivity in life & the workplace: The 4-Hour Work Week (2018)
Stories about a man who grew up over, and over again with had many changes in perspective along the way: The Autobiography of Malcolm X (2020)
The main inspiration for The Daily Scroll: The Daily Stoic (2018)
And the one book that changed the trajectory of my life: Tools of Titans (2017)
