Put the phone down.

“The man who does not read has no advantage over the man who cannot read.”

Mark Twain

Days have went, and now we begin to count the weeks of isolation. We wait till June like it is the last day of 8th grade but who knows in a state of uncertainty.

Screen times have skyrocketed. Paranoia has been imposed on to all who accept it. Boredom is at an all time high.

On the contrary, reading allows one to distance themselves from reality. I find reading to be most rewarding in times such as this, yet common nature is to read tweets, captions, texts, and headlines.

The liberation that follows acquired knowledge will become addicting.

I find frustration with this, I hope the thought will cross your mind as well.
