Walk into any commercial gym across the country and their TVs will have one of two things on:

  1. News

  2. Sports

The worst part is not the fact that this upcoming football season is deemed as a “maybe”..

..but the amount of attention the news gets from the Average Joe is more than ever now — eating away at your well-being.

“But hey Burak I don’t watch the news.”
