It’s been a while since I’ve officially celebrated Thanksgiving but the spirit is still within me.

And in a time such as this its more important than ever to practice gratitude.

Nothing beneficial comes out of a pessimistic mindset.

So to lean on the negativity that’s being promoted these days is an absolute disservice to your well-being.

Kick back, crack a beer, smile, and count your blessings.
