Out of Line

“If people don’t say openly what they feel, what they want, who they really are, then maybe a part of us dies.”

Status quo is powerful — it keeps society in line.

But what if a group has beliefs that do not align with the status quo?

They may not have voted or even abide by your political views.

Or maybe they’re anti-vaccine or atheist.

What’s deeper than all of the situations above is the fear of being honest.

The fear of true transparency — the fight against the grain.

And everybody should be entitled to an opinion.

Even the opinions that go against your opinions.
