What do you think is at fault for the obesity epidemic?

Society tries to point fingers at one specific food group or even a chemical which we know hasn’t worked yet.

Health has turned almost political with zealots in every camp you can think of.

Now there’s no one right answer, but out of every diet protocol I’ve been exposed to, the CLF protocol has become my baseline strategy.

CLF goes deeper than what to eat — it’s a focus on what not to eat.

You’d think with societal progress the obesity problem would be a memory at this point, yet it seems like we’re still going backwards.

I’m a firm believer that best way to avoid disease is to never be in a place to even get sick — and CLF does exactly that.

These levers are all forms of restriction: Dietary, time, and caloric.
