In a speech titled "Beyond Vietnam," Martin Luther King delivered in New York back in 1967, he showed his distaste to troops being in Southeast Asia:
The world now demands a maturity of America that we may not be able to achieve.
If the world needed maturity half a century ago, the world needs a miracle at this point.
Miracles do happen but the best way to change others is to change yourself.
