Most aren’t aware that there’s two types of procrastination since all the attention goes to what we know as passive procrastination.
The nuanced difference lies in deliberation.
In other words, active procrastination is a decision to delay a task and complete it at a later time, when time isn’t as abundant.
It’s a sprint of your attention to something specific which has the power to improve results.
This isn’t a sign to shut your laptop and take a nap, but to revamp the way you approach productivity.
Take parts of your day to sprint through tasks and other pockets to jog.
